SetBmcUserList
Sets the current BMC user list for the target system. The action performed depends on the --action value.

Notes
- The "No Access" user privilege is not supported.
--action EnableTypeand--action EnableAccountare not supported on platforms before X12/H12.- If the execution "Status" field for a managed system is SUCCESS, the console output of the managed system will be shown in the "Execution Message" section of the managed system in the created log file.
